“ I'm not sure why their review scores are low because this is my 3rd time here. Service is fast and friendly, the food is freakin delicious, the guests are friendly. Come in, expect to be here an hour or 2 to have fun, eat a delicious starter, and a damn good pizza. Parking can be a little difficult, but I find it easier behind the building there's always parking available. Bartender was Patrick today, awesome bartender, fast and very attentive. The ambiance is very welcoming, family friendly, and large parties. Very clean, score shows 100%. Download their app and get yourself a free starter no matter what size. Thank you! “ We went there last night for my birthday dinner. I was initially upset as I had been trying to call for two days to make the reservation and had no luck getting through as phone lines were down. The hostess with the curly hair was an absolute rockstar!!! My table of 15 waited by the bar and had some drinks while we waited. I walked to check in and see about how much longer it was going to be and she was dealing with a customer who placed an order but as the phone lines were down the order never properly came though. Watching her deescalate the situation and just genuinely feel for the customers made my night better. Not because she was struggling but because she just knows how to handle people in difficult situations. She even came by to check on us awhile my party was eating... Don't let her go Grimaldi's, she will be an awesome leader one day if you allowed her to be. Also food was amazing but was most impressed by that lady up front. We will definitely be back though. ”
“ Luv it. Back again for pizza. Pepperoni pizza, great crust, nice and thin. The cheese and sauce is different, but good. Parking is only problem, but worth the wait. Great atmosphere, luv the decor. Sometimes you may have a short wait. Bar is available for drinks and a private room. Tvs are available to watch one of many games that can be found on the TV monitors throughout the restaurant. You can also relax and watch the pizzas being made before your eyes. ”
“ Amazing brick oven pizza! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. This place is kid friendly, they give them play dough to mess with while the food is being cooked. I would recommend the Don pizza. All ingredients were super fresh and delicious. Pizza nice and crispy! Come check them out and do some shopping after with all the cool shops around. ”
“ Outstanding customer service, we had a large party who were seated outside. The weather suddenly change and the temperature dropped and the cold came upon us. The restaurant had two outside heaters that ran out of propane. We brought this to Garrett’s attention who was the manager in charge who quickly went to Home Depot and grabbed some propane and got the two heaters working again for us. He went above and beyond for his customers and made our birthday celebration warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back for many more celebrations to come. Thank you Garrett for your outstanding customer service, we are truly thankful. ”

We went on a Monday evening and they still had a wait. Fun little outside bar area while waiting. Great service. Loved the red and white tablecloths and NY Italian Restaurant feel. ”
